HISTORY

Mutlu Metals A.Ş. came into the sector in 1980 with hinges for furnishings and agricultural equipments.
In 1982 it began manufacturing molds for different sectors. Mutlu became involved in the kitchen industry in 1984 by producing a mold for pot handles.
In 1990 it moved to a 1700 m2 closed production area in İzmir Kısık Industrial Site.
In 1993 it went from becoming an individually owned company to a corporation and became Mutlu Kalıpçılık ve Metal San. Tic. A.Ş.
It exported for the first time in 1997.
After becoming an import export company in 1998 Mutlu became Mutlu Kalıpçılık İç Dış Ticaret ve Turizm Ltd. Şti.
In 2001 Mutlu brand was patented by the Turkish Patent Institute.
Mutlu's understanding of customer satisfaction gained them the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate in 2004.
In 2004 it began to institutionalize.
In 2005 it registered its products with the industrial conception registry.
In 2006 it moved forward in the stainless steel accessories production for the marine and yacht sector.
In the last quarter of 2007 it moved its production line and management building to a 5000 m2 closed area and 3650 m2 open area in Torbalı İzmir. As a result its production was increased by 30%.
In the last quarter of 2007 the title Mutlu Kalıpçılık ve Metal San. Tic. A.Ş. became Mutlu Metal San. ve Tic. A.Ş.
